I've been selling real estate since 2005. I own a title company in Ocala, Florida. Before any of that I was a CPA at a Big 5 firm, mapping business processes for Fortune 500 companies to find the broken parts, which means I am constitutionally incapable of ignoring one.

Real estate handed me a business full of them. Like most agents, I built a business that owned me: every system lived in my head, every lead needed me personally, and "time off" meant answering calls from a beach chair. The industry calls that success. I call it a job with extra steps.

AI was the first thing I found that actually changed the math. Not the hype version, the practical version: systems that write in your voice, know your market, follow up faster than you can, and don't call in sick. I rebuilt my own businesses around it, and then other agents started asking how. That turned into trainings, then tools, then a 5,000-member community of real estate pros learning this together.

Here's what I believe, and what everything I make is built on: give away more value than feels sensible, charge fairly when you charge at all, tell people the truth about what works, and never let them buy a thing they don't need. If an idea has a flaw I'll tell you the flaw.
