We provide AI training content, digital systems, and community memberships for real estate professionals, delivered as live sessions, recorded trainings, written guides, and templates. Membership tiers (LSP Insiders, LSP Mastermind) grant ongoing access to a growing library of content and, where stated, live calls, for as long as your subscription is active.
One-time trainings are billed once, at purchase. Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You can cancel a membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
Because our trainings and resources are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, including sharing paid content outside their own account or abusive conduct toward us or other members.
We may update these terms as the business grows. Continued use of the site or an active membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
