When you fill out a form, register for a training, or join a membership, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, and phone number where given. If you opt in to text messages, we collect that consent separately and only message you accordingly. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, we don't receive or store your full card number.
We use your information to deliver the training or membership you signed up for, send you related emails (receipts, access details, new content announcements), and, if you've opted in, occasional text updates. We do not sell your information to third parties.
If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly. Opting out of texts does not affect your access to any training or membership you've purchased.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, in aggregate, not to identify you individually. This may involve cookies or similar tracking technology in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well as a result.
We use GoHighLevel to run this website, our membership platform, and email/text communications, and Stripe to process payments. These providers have their own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.
We keep your information for as long as you have an active membership or ongoing relationship with us, and for a reasonable period after, to meet legal, accounting, or business record-keeping needs.
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to what we're legally required to retain. Reach out through our Contact page to make a request.
This site and our services are intended for real estate professionals and other adults running a business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
